WA may draft rule to ban discretionary clauses

MT voters approve ballot issue on kids' coverage

On election day, Montana voters approved ballot issue I-155 to expand health insurance coverage to uninsured children. The Healthy Montana Kids plan will provide coverage to about 30,000 uninsured children in low-income families. (Select News, 14 Nov 2008) More
